Curiosidade: O Chaves nunca quis ver o jogo de Pelé e tampouco o filme, que nunca existiu antes dos anos 80.

Para traduzir a esquete no Brasil, a solução achada foi utilizar essa frase. A original dita pelo Chaves é: "Mejor hubieramos ido a ver al Chanfle!".

O longa "El Chanfle", de 1979, é protagonizado por Roberto Bolaños e todo elenco do seriado. O longa nunca foi transmitido no Brasil, já no México muitas famílias o têm como filme predileto.
